The jury appreciates the path suggested by the organization of the project and is sensitive to the quality and variety of the proposed spaces. It estimates that the visual links between the library spaces will enrich the visitor experience; the proposed reading rooms have been studied with an overall concern for the well-being of readers. It is sensitive to efforts to establish the monitoring of a bold environment, based on a convincing analysis of the local climactic conditions, but also on delicate technical implementation.
